About BAMS
The full form of BAMS is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. The duration of the course is 5.5 years. It is an undergraduate course in the Ayurvedic field. The admission will be done based on the entrance exam for the BAMS Course. BAMS course provides knowledge in the field of Ayurvedic and its real-life implementation. The course aims to provide the value of Ayurvedic principles. In the BAMS course, 4.5 years is fully dedicated to the course curriculum knowledge. Then after most institute has a 1-year Compulsory Internship for students. So that they will get to learn a lot in their college time.
After completing the course, candidates will get to know more about Ayurvedic and its elements. Also, after completing the course candidates has a chance to work in many areas of their choice.
